Costa Rica Tres Nubes "West Valley" This Costa Rican is a beautifully bright example of some of the best of Central American coffees. Hints of citrus-y sweetness and a bit of pleasant mustiness combine for a perfect cup of morning coffee (drip or press pot). Guaranteed to wake you up! Also makes a surprisingly intense espresso shot. $11.95
Seattle Coffee Works Colombia Huila "Monserrate"

Medium roasted Colombian of the finest quality. This direct-relationship coffee is grown in Monserrate, a small 28-family community in the region of Huila, Colombia. Delicate floral notes, balanced by fruity wine sweetness. Medium body, perfect drip or press pot. $12.45
Seattle Coffee Works Kenya Mancha Peaberry(Single Estate) This Estate Kenya Peaberry Coffee is yet another shining example of the amazing fruity juicyness in Kenyan coffees in general. Highly rated, this is the best Kenyan we know. $12.95
Seattle Coffee Works Nicaragua "Florencia" A big body, some earthiness, deep chocolate notes, and just a slightly citrusy finish make this an all-around favorite. $12.45
Seattle Coffee Works Yirgacheffe Kochere Hints of cherry galore! We swear that we didn't pour a bucket of cherry flavor on this coffee. It just naturally is chock-full of this amazing flavor. Add to it a mild acidity and a light body, and you have one big personality coffee. A rare find! This should be rated at least at 90 in the coffee rating scheme. $12.95
Seattle Coffee Works Harrar Longberry Sweet blueberry notes define this coffee. There is a good amount of complexity but not so much as to confuse the tongue. A fine cup of drip coffee both press pot and filter. $12.45
Seattle Coffee Works Sumatra (Mandheling) An old-time favorite! Hints of deep chocolate linger for a long bold finish. Great as a drip or press pot. $12.45
Seattle Coffee Works Brazil Cerrado Beautifully nutty in the cup a brightness unique to the best Brazils. With its medium body, this coffee refreshes and pleases to no end. Great as a drip or press pot. $12.45
Seven Roasters Espresso Huli Sean Lee (Seven Roaster's owner and head roaster) added Brazil to the tried and true blend of Mexico, Guatemala, and Sumatra. This blend has some serious kick to it. The Brazil nuttiness is especially tasty in milk. Makes a great cup of espresso, and a tasty and somewhat unusual cup of drip coffee / press pot. $13.95
Borogove Cremona Cremona is a symphonic blend of coffee from four of the world’s great growing regions: Central America, South America, East Africa and the Islands of Southeast Asia.  It is blended for a big, full, rich, round flavor.  Sweet chocolate notes predominate, complemented by myriad aromatic notes: wood, earth and herbs linger long in the mouth for a memorably fine finish. Makes great espresso and lattes. Also a great drip / press pot. $14.45
Vashon Coffee Company Espresso Velutto (Organic, Fair Trade) The fruity Organic Ethiopian Harar and Yirgacheffe are the dominating ingredients in this beautiful medium roast. Organic Mexican adds spicy sweetness and hints of chocolate. Organic Sumatra rounds off this blend with earthy bass notes and a smooth finish. Great espresso, also makes a wonderful short cappuccino or latte. Great as an afternoon drip or press pot. $14.45
Mukilteo Kayak Blend (Organic) This simple blend of dark-roasted Peruvian and Guatemalan coffees is appropriately named to remind us of sitting around a fire before a long day of hiking in the wilderness. Smoky, notes of chocolate, hints of lemon-zesty Guatemalan, but in all a true cowboy (pardon the non-pc-ness) blend. We can't decide whether we like it better as an Espresso blend or as a beautiful press pot. Of course, also makes a nice drip coffee. $13.95
