    This incredible family farm in the Ahuachapan region of El Salvador produces remarkable coffee while maintaining a focus on environmental sustainability and agricultural experimentation. Under the leadership of Mauricio Salaverria, the farm has employed multiple different processing methods on various coffee varieties. This year they bring us a beautiful naturally processed Pacamara variety. The complex flavors that come from this cup are a mix of sweetness and spice with cupping notes of cinnamon, mandarin, and coconut. We are excited to continue working with the Divisadero farm and to celebrate their wonderful innovations in coffee production.
