How do I pause (or restart) my subscription?
You can pause or restart your subscription by logging into your account here.
Once you are logged in, scroll down and click “My Subscriptions” on the left column. You can see your subscription, including the next renewal date and whether the status is ACTIVE. (See screenshot below for an example.)
Click “Pause Subscription” if you want to stop your subscription for a little while. When you’re ready, you can restart your subscription by clicking on “Resume Subscription” in the same place.
How do I change the shipping address on my subscription?
If you need to change the shipping address for your subscription, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the updated address. NOTE: Currently, it is NOT possible for you to change the subscription address, even if you change your main address! Please be sure to email us if your address changes - or if you have any questions.
I am a Coffee Works Club member, how do I get the discount for In-Store Pickup?
1. Go online and select the coffee you would like by adding it to your Cart.
2. During the checkout process, scroll down to the “Other Information” section and make sure you have read and checked the “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” box
3. Scroll down to the Shipping Method section, and open the drop-down menu (see screenshot below). Choose the cafe where you would like to pick up your coffee.
4. Once sure your order looks right, hit the “Place Order” button.
5. Your coffee will be roasted and delivered to the store location of your choice. You will receive a separate email notifying you that it is ready.
How do I place an online order?
First, head on over to seattlecoffeeworks.com. Next, select "Buy Coffee" from the top banner.
You will be presented with a list of our available coffees.
Scroll down to see everything available and then click around to read more about each. You can always click "Buy Coffee" at the top of the page to return to this screen. If you are unsure about what to buy, the Emerald City blend is our house coffee and will appeal to a wide variety of palettes.
Once you have found a coffee that sounds good, choose your size, grind (if needed), add any extras (a great option if you are sending a gift) and click add to cart.
Once you add coffee to your cart, you will be directed to your cart where you can either click "Buy Coffee" at the top of the page to select more coffees or "Proceed to Checkout" on the right hand side.
When you are ready to checkout, click proceed to checkout. You will be redirected to the checkout page where you will be asked to enter your billing information.
After you do, scroll down, choose a password if you would like to create an account (otherwise select "Checkout as Guest").
Under the section titled "shipping information" click "send to a different address". The page will expand so that you can enter the information of the person you want to send it to.
After you enter the shipping address, make sure to click on the check box titled "I agree to Terms and Conditions" in the following section. Next, choose your shipping method and enter your credit card information.
Finally, scroll down a little more and click "place order". After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and we will roast and ship your order on our next roast day.
