ordering any coffee, to ensure you get your discount and benefits. You

***If you plan to pick up coffee in our cafes, please read this:
- We roast to order, so please allow at least 2 business days for
fulfillment. Orders placed after 6 pm will require an
additional day. Do not
come to the cafe when you receive your “Order Confirmation” email. Your
coffee will not be there...yet!
- We deliver your coffee at
the peak of freshness on the same day we roast, but we're human. We can
only drive so fast. Most orders arrive after 4 pm on your pick up day. Please wait for an email notifying you that “Order is Ready for Pick-up.”
- You must pre-order your coffee online to get your discount. Please be ready to show your pick-up email in the cafe.
