Anteneh germinates and plants his own heirloom variety coffees, growing them under native shade trees. The favorable high-altitude farm location, along with the particular heirloom varieties combines to create a very complex coffee. The coffee cherries are dried using the natural process on raised beds, leaving the farm only when the dried coffee is ready to be shipped directly to us.
