All you need to know about shipping

Our mail order philosophy in a nutshell
At Seattle Coffee Works we take pride in the quality of our coffee. To ensure you receive the best of what we have to offer, we follow a precise shipping schedule. Our first priority is fresh coffee. We roast three times weekly and ship immediately after roasting.

Fresh coffee, shipped three times a week
All orders received by Monday 6am will be roasted and shipped on Monday. All orders received by Wednesday 6am will be roasted and shipped on Wednesday. All orders received by Friday 6am will be roasted and shipped on Friday. Any orders received after these cut-off times will be shipped the following roast day.

Shipping is always US-$7 within the United States
All orders are shipped priority mail via United States Postal Service (USPS) at a simple $7 shipping rate.

For shipping to addresses in countries other than the United States - including Canada - please contact service@seattlecoffeeworks.com to inquire about availability and cost.

Coffee will arrive 1-3 Days after it's roasted*
Typically, a package shipped with the USPS Priority service takes 2-3 business days to reach the recipient. We have seen many packages arrive within one or two days; and we have seen some packages take up to five days. While we would like to see every package reach you within the shortest amount of time possible, please understand that we can only control the shipping process until the USPS has accepted your package.

Any orders roasted on a USPS holiday will be shipped the next day.

*covid-19 update: the USPS has increased the expected delivery time for USPS Priority mail to 1-4 business days. Our Seattle customers have received their coffee within one business day even during the crisis, but we understand that shipping to other regions of the country might now be delayed by up to one day.
