This farm is situated in the mountainous region of Huehuetenango. The picturesque small town of Hoja Blanca is dedicated to the growing and processing of Esperanza's coffees, with every house's roof doubling as a drying patio. This variety of coffee plant is grown with extra love, separated from the other cherries. Known for it's large size and bold flavors, the pacamara beans harvest by the Villatoro family are some of the best we've ever tasted.
