Our Direct Trade partnership with Finca Alaska began in 2016, and we couldn't be more excited to continue to grow our relationship. The fertile volcanic soils and high altitudes in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador create perfect conditions for growing spectacular coffees. This blend of washed Red and Orange Bourbon varieties combine to produce a cup overflowing with notes of Key Lime, Milk Chocolate and Kiwi. The hard work and expertise of Ernesto Menéndez, one of the first certified cuppers in El Salvador, ensures that every lot from this farm is extremely high quality.
