First Arrivals from Central America ... and more to come

Our Panama Bouquete Classico is a first juciy representative from Central America. While it's a washed coffee you can definitely taste a very fine hint of cherries in the finish. We've used this coffee both brewed and as an espresso. It makes for a wonderful single-origin espresso! Similarly beautiful is the new-crop Nicaragua Jinotega. Nicely complex body, and then, dare we say it, another hint of plummy cherry-ness in the finish. For other Central American coffees, we're expecting three of our direct-trade coffees from Guatemala in the next few weeks, and also a few microlot coffees from Honduras. Stay tuned.

In the meantime,  we still have a little bit left of our lemon-blossom Colombia Huila San Augustin or the milder, peachier Colombia Huila Finca Valencia. Our natural-process Brazil Bio Floresta would compete favorably with some of the finest naturals we've carried.

Let's drink some coffee!

Our next Roast and Ship Date is Friday, May 18.
