Happy New Year! The Year of the Dragon brings delicious new Asian coffees

   Asia Pacific coffees are here!! The crop was good this season but it took forever to get the coffee across the oceans. (It always seems to take forever, maybe, this time it felt like it took twice forever.) One of our first arrivals has been a deliciously textured, deep note, bold, no-finish Java Taman Dadar. In years past, we often skipped the Java as we could find the kind of quality we seek. You won't regret tasting this year's Java.

Another favorite of ours is back as well: Sulawesi Toraja G1. Herbal notes,  peaty-ness (in a delicious way!), hints of dark chocolate. Delish delish delish!

We're also releasing a new-crop Sumatra Lintong. This is a very mild-mannered, nuanced coffee with hints of almond and cocoa butter and still a bit of an earthy edge.

Our next Roast and Ship Date is Tuesday, January 31.
All orders placed by 1/26, 5pm (PST) have been roasted and shipped on January 27.
